We are looking for a motivated UX/UI tester for remote work. This role focuses on quality control and user experience assessment, rather than technical bug tracking. You will develop test scenarios, select testers, and analyze feedback to ensure an optimal user experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop test scenarios and questionnaires to evaluate user experience and interfaces.
• Identify and attract suitable testers to perform UX/UI testing tasks.
• Coordinate and conduct test sessions to collect qualitative and quantitative data.
• Analyze the data to identify trends, convenience issues, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports with conclusions and recommendations for improving the design.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure that the test results are consistent with the project objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (written and oral).
• Understanding the principles of UX/UI and user-oriented approaches.
• Experience in creating and managing user surveys, usability tests, or other assessment methods.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret feedback, translating it into specific recommendations.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

• Work experience in the field of UX/UI testing or quality control.
• Knowledge of tools such as Figma , Adobe XD or similar to evaluate interfaces.
• Knowledge of user research methods and data visualization tools.
