• Plan and execute of affiliate marketing strategy to drive traffic and revenue

• Find and engage affiliates to promote ABBYY products with the focus on European and NA markets
• Top-down research of potential partnership options and affiliate opportunities, identify growth areas and experiment with them
• Participate in marketing activities budgeting
• Liaising with internal marketing group to get and transfer content and creative assets
• Affiliate marketing performance reporting

• At least 2 years of experience in the online marketing environment with proven skills in affiliate marketing
• Experience in working with international affiliate marketing networks
• Strong understanding of the main online marketing metrics and KPIs – CPA, CPO, CPL, CTR, ROI, Revenue share
• Advanced user of analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI), MS Excel, strong with numbers
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
• The innovative person, being informed of the most current online marketing and eCommerce trends and technologies
• Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
• Strong team player with good leadership skills, oriented on results with an effective communication style
