THE ROLE

As HR assessment manager you will be able to aide employers in evaluating strengths and weaknesses of their HR function as well as assisting in identification and elimination of potential areas of concern. This is a remote project work for 1 month.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Establishment of a personnel evaluation system, development of personnel evaluation criteria and selection of assessment tools; Development of case studies, questionnaires, tools and procedures for assessment centers; Conducting an input assessment of candidates, participation in the work of the assessment center; Assessment of candidates according to the leadership competencies accepted in the company; Assessment of skill sets of employees - the formation of a matrix of skills, a matrix of competencies, levels of competence, assessment of the cost of hours to the level of competence; Supporting of personnel management processes: adaptation, control of the probation period, assessment; Formation of the resource plan for all projects, development plans for individuals and teams, recruitment plan for HR; Processing and summarizing the results of the assessment, working with the data obtained during the assessment procedure, summarizing and visualizing the results in the form of tables, charts, graphs, etc., writing conclusions on the results.
REQUIREMENTS
ABOUT YOU

You have excellent communication skills. You are the one who are able to express by ways of communication in a clear manner and also in writing. Effective communication helps to keep motive and expectations of both the parties clear.

You required perfect organizational skills. There should be an orderly approach in whatever you do. The main aspects of your effectiveness are strong time management skills, organized files, and personal efficiency.

You have strong multi-tasking skills with a comfort in maintaining multiple, often changing, priorities and deadlines.

You also need skills in negotiation and mediation to patiently listen to both sides and resolve the issue in a respectful and appropriate way.

You are a critical thinker who can weigh the pros and cons of an event and then make a decision.

You speak fluent English. You have strong verbal and graphic communication skills which you use to visualize concepts and explain them to others fluently in English.

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Higher education in recruitment or related fields; Fluency in English; Understanding of assessment technology; Proven expertise in conducting assessment in foreign companies - documentation, questionnaires, cases, instructions etc.; Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in conducting assessment centers; Excellent knowledge of assessment tools: by competencies, questionnaires, 360 ”, preferably an assessment center, strategic sessions etc.
