Being front line voice and ears of our company, providing customer support via phone, live chat, and email
Assisting with existing reservations, ensuring timely resolution of clients' requests
Conducting negotiations with hotels and suppliers
Logging activity in CRM
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Russian and English (at least B2/C1)
Is resourceful and able to deliver amazing Customer service by phone and in text
Boasts the can-do attitude, patience and ability to "read" customers
Can work both as part of the team and with limited supervision
Is a natural multitasker
Previous experience in travel, hospitality or customer service
