American wooden headphones brand Symphonized (https://symphonized.com/) is looking for a Designer with SMM skills to lead visual development of the brand’s social networks:

Our target audience:
- USA residents;
- low/middle price segment (average check is about $35, prices are from $14 to $90);
- 18-34 y.o.;
- 70% are men;

Results we want to get:
- a single concept and visual style for all Symphonized social accounts based on the latest trends;
- engagement increase;
- brand awareness increase;

Responsibilities:
- developing a content plan for all accounts;
- photos and videos processing and design, creating collages, animations and stories for the feeds;
- creating text briefs for the copywriter (native speaker);
- providing input on the development of the digital PR strategy;
- accounts administration, daily posting;
- participation in the creation of briefs for photo and video production;
- participation in the development and implementation of digital PR strategy;

Requirements:
- should have 3 or more successful cases of social profiles’ visual development of non-food products;
- fluent in graphic and video editing with good skills in Creative Suite/InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator or other relevant software;
- knowledge of the last SMM trends relevant to USA;
- upper-intermediate English or above is a must;
- good visual taste, the ability to actualize composed creatives;
- ability to work with male target audience;
