Sales Manager (Remote) W4F International

Are you passionate about helping people discover the exciting world of trading and investments?
W4F, an international company specializing in financial education and client support, is looking for a Remote Sales Manager to join our dynamic and ambitious team.

What You ll Do

• Engage with warm leads and present the company s services (trading education, client support, investment opportunities).

• Conduct video Zoom meetings with potential clients no cold calling.

• Guide clients through the process of opening real trading accounts and making their first investments.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What We re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service.

• Fluent Russian and English level B2+ (you ll communicate with international clients).

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Basic understanding of financial markets or a strong desire to learn.

• Your own PC with a webcam , headset, and stable internet connection.

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.

What We Offer

• Full-time remote position work from anywhere in the world.

• Fixed salary: 60,000 RUB + commission + monthly bonuses (average earnings: 150,000 200,000 RUB/month).

• 5/2 schedule this is a full-time role (not suitable as a side job).
