VILLACARTE GROUP is a real estate and hospitality development group based in Phuket. Our portfolio includes Layan Green Park, LaVista Villas, Layan Verde, the VillaCarte Agency, the Sabai proptech project, and La Green Hotel.

We build premium projects and create strong, thoughtful communication around them.
We are now looking for a Content Marketer / Copywriter who knows how to structure information, write clearly and beautifully, and adapt content across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Write content for social media (Instagram, Telegram, and other platforms)
Create email campaigns, WhatsApp messages, and website copy
Prepare articles and publications for the corporate blog
Support the creation of presentations, commercial proposals, and other materials
Adapt texts for different audiences clients, partners, agents

What Matters to Us

A strong feel for language and tone
Good media taste and storytelling skills
Ability to personalize communication
Attention to detail
Ability to dive into topics quickly
Comfort working at a team pace and meeting deadlines

A Plus (but not required)

Experience or interest in architecture, design, or real estate

Conditions

Remote work, flexible schedule
Part-time or full-time open for discussion
Close collaboration with the Content Lead, SMM, and Head of Strategy
