Bonus Manager (iGaming Casino & Sports)

We re looking for a Bonus Manager to own the strategy and execution of bonus mechanics across Casino and Sports, driving player retention, deposit activity, and LTV.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage bonus strategies by GEO, segments, and lifecycle stages.

• Plan and launch seasonal and event-based bonus campaigns.

• Coordinate with CRM, Product, and GEO teams to execute bonus flows.

• Validate bonus settings (limits, wagering, GEO rules).

• Analyze performance, optimize ROI, run A/B tests.

• Create personalized bonus packages for VIP players.
  

Requirements

• 1 2 years of experience in iGaming (Casino/Sports).

• Understanding of gaming mechanics, FS providers, and sports betting basics.

• Strong analytical skills; ability to calculate bonus cost & ROI.

• Experience with CRM and analytical tools.

• Detail-oriented, fast-paced, structured.
