Вакансия: UI/Product designer

We are looking for a UI/Product Designer to join our remote-first team. You will be working on a collaborative recruitment platform, changing the way that top tech talent gets hired around the world. You will be responsible for shaping the early versions of our product and disrupting tech recruitment for the benefit of designers and engineers everywhere.

Our beta product is currently in testing at some of Australia’s fastest growing startups, including Canva, Deputy, and Finder. We are now building a team to design and develop the next version of our product and expand to Europe.

• Work wherever you work best (remote)
• Work when you work best. We have core hours when we expect you to be online but outside that we leave you to get the job done.
• Collaborate with other an experienced product manager and a small team of developers
• You will have a chance to shape the product and provide your input
• Autonomy as the sole designer on the product right now

• You can autonomously organise yourself, taking full ownership of and responsibility for your work
• full time remote
• You like solving problems in design
• Experience designing digital products in Figma
• Good written and basic spoken English
• You are a good written communicator (much of the communication is written when working remotely)
• You have at least 1-2 years experience designing web or mobile apps
• You care as much about making something easy to use, not only making it look good
• It's a bonus if you have experience working in a remote team environment
• You should be able to show some evidence of your work
