Should be able to use their customer service & problem-solving skills and can transform a customer experience using a mixture of telephony & online tools.

The candidate must have a passion to provide the best in customer service, the ability to build rapport and a desire to go the extra mile.

With a motivation to succeed, enthusiasm & friendly approach, the candidate will use his or her winning personality to listen to their needs & ask the right questions in order to provide first class customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engaging assigned list of customers to pitch to.

• Communicating with customers through various channels. This entails answering customers enquiries via phone, email and live chat and or Social Medias in a timely and professional manner.

• Providing customer support on betting, financial, technical and any applicable issues related to the customer support department and the company’s website.

• Liaising together with the Payment platform providers to solve problems regarding customers questions.

• Working together with the Payments platform providers to manage customers’ deposits and withdrawals.

• Troubleshoot problems with withdrawals and deposits.

• Working with CRM to solve problems and improve the system and give the customers a better service.

• Assist the Marketing Department with local promotions and be updated on activities in the local market.

• Understand and follow procedures for the Customer Support Department and report any aberrations.

• Complete KYC procedures on the Company’s clients’ customers.

• Handle responses to marketing campaigns and crediting bonuses to customer accounts.

• Compile daily and weekly data regarding customer interactions.

• Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.

• Act as the company gatekeeper.

• Suggest solutions when a product mal function.

Qualifications:

• 1st degree or diploma in any social sciences or business discipline.

• Strong communication and time management skills.

• Attention to detail and great mastery of the Microsoft World/Excel/Access.

• Due to the nature of the role, verbal and written English proficiency is required.

• Able to work evenings, nights and weekends.

• Excellent knowledge of company products at all times.

• Keen interest in Sports, especially football is preferable although not mandatory.
