Вакансия: Customer support specialist (English language)

We're Icons8, the group of services (icons, sounds, photos, and desktop software for design) that our community loves. Love is the actual word that people use when speaking about us: just search Twitter for icons8 or check the comments on our pages.

We want to care about them as much as we can, and we need your help.

Нам нужен удаленный специалист поддержки пользователей. Работа с англоязычным комьюнити: дружба, поддержка, любовь. Работы на русском языке, неуверенном английском, для вконтакта — нет.

Чем у нас можно заниматься, помимо саппорта - на ваш выбор (обсудим это во время интервью):

-писать документацию на английском языке;

-маркетинг и продажи (например, продажи API-интеграции);

-юзабилити-тестирование наших сервисов;

-блог и внешний контент (медиум, guest posts, social media).

Перед интервью нужно будет выполнить тестовое задание.

• Support in our online chat — that's the main mission.
• Managing FAQ and optimization of the whole support process.
• Create customer happiness — that's the most important of all.

• Fluent written English.
• Having a technical background is a huge benefit!
• You should like people, design, and technology (or at least some of them). You should know how to make them happy together.

We want you to work with us for two years. After that, you'll be a successful community expert with plenty of great career options:

• Continue working with us.
• Find other responsibilities in our team (PR? SEO? Blogging?).
• Find a job in one of the great companies within Russia or internationally.
• Start your agency.
