We are looking for an inside sales manager working with the following solutions/products:

  • Internet of Things platform
  • IT infrastructure management and network monitoring
  • Industrial automation (SCADA/MES/EAM)
  • Building automation and smart cities
  • Physical security and access control
  • Incident and situation management
  • Machine learning and analytics

Inside Sales Representative is the entry level sales position. The Representative is responsible for processing incoming leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and assisting in the achievement of sales quotas. The Inside Sales Representative will qualify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, and webinar. This individual will also actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.

Requirements:

  • Technical background, understanding of one or more verticals mentioned above
  • Fluent English (strong Upper Intermediate or higher, preferably Advanced)
  • Commercial, flexible mindset
  • Drive for self-development and financial well-being
  • Good communicative and presentation skills
  • Ambition for personal growth in IT solutions sales sphere
  • Independent decision making
  • University or college degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience

Responsibilities:

  • Following up prospects that are generated by external sources of leads
  • Identifying decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process
  • Collaborating with the team to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
  • Delivering qualified opportunities to other sales team members
  • Maintaining and expanding company’s database of prospects in CRM
  • Ensuring follow-up by controlling opportunities progress in the first stages of pipeline
  • Delivering sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions
  • Assisting in preparation of RFI/RFP responses for potential customers
  • Overcoming objections of prospective customers
  • Emphasizing product / service features and benefits, quoting prices, discussing credit terms, and preparing sales order forms and/or reports
