We are online e-commerce of cosmetics, working with this industry for 10+ years.

We do not produce our own products and we do not do marketing.

We work in a unique way, more similar to trading then eCommerce, different then many eCommerce companies.

We organize processes, so we can make a profit thru being more efficient in shipping, logistics, and timing to get the best market prices for our products. Our business is of Research, Data mining, and understanding margins and returns. We thrive when our processes are followed to the letter and the work from everyone on the team is synchronized to produce lower costs, better purchasing decisions, and fast delivery of products.

We are not looking for the usual person. Many companies purchase in a very old fashioned way. We want someone dynamic that can understand advantages and risk of every decision to optimize the capital allocation to the best products that will give us the best results. No programming skill is necessary, but we find that people interested in Excell macros, VBA, or any form of computer programming excel in these tasks because it is all about understanding complex decision-making logic.

• Configuring reprising software strategies to compete in a marketplace environment
• Research of software management and automation
• Analyzing graphs, sales performance and numbers to understand product performance
• Analyzing products in stock and configuring re-pricing software strategies to compete in a marketplace environment
• Analyzing the variable product accusation prices that will vary due to promotions stock availability of different suppliers and lead times
• Reporting and discussing findings and strategies with the company’s CEO

1. High English level (B2/C1)
2. Higher education in IT, finances or engineering
3. Proven organizational and analytical skills. Knowledge of basic programming/ SQL / game theory / Excel macros is a big plus. Interest in trading strategies.
4. Has previous experience in Auditing/ finances/trading or similar area
5. Previous experience in managing people is a big plus
6. Love to learn new skills and passionate about business processes
