Вакансия: Personal assistant/Ассистент руководителя

BGS Group is a team of professionals with solid experience in organization of business events in energy sector worldwide. In this moment company’s portfolio includes series of petrochemical events, (PRC Europe; PRC Russia & CIS), events devoted to gas (International LNG Congress), transportation and oil production (TOGC; EPOCH).

Among our key clients and partners are Shell, Gazprom, Novatek, Rosneft, ABB, Rolls-Royce, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and others.

The previous personal assistant of our Director moved up the ladder to the Marketing Director of our company. Therefore we are looking for the most talented person to become our Director’s right hand.

Without previous work experience.

Conditions:
  • Loyal management + ambitious and result-oriented team;
  • Regular base salary is 35 000 RUB (gross) + performance payment;
  • Official employment with officially declared salary;
  • Work hours: Mon – Fri 09:00 – 18:00;
  • Office in the city center (Moscow, Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinburg) or remote workplace;
  • Opportunity to travel to the events organized by BGS Group;
  • Regular training on the high European level;
  • Participation in company parties, working among young and positive colleagues;
  • Opportunity to get promoted up to the executive position (transparent system of career development).
Requirements:
  • Level of English: Upper-Intermediate and higher;
  • Analytical mindset;
  • Organisational skills;
  • Multitasking ability;
  • Stress resistance;
  • Devotion to work;
  • High responsibility.
Duties:
  • To find quick solutions to various non-standard situations;
  • Analysis of the market and presentation on the results and conclusions;
  • Non standard tasks on business processes optimisation;
  • Strategic planning and advice on business development growth;
  • Organization of business trips (flight and hotel booking);
  • Information processing and structuring, working with google docs and tables.
