Вакансия: Social media manager (SMM)

• responsible for developing brand awareness, online reputation through creation and execution of high-level strategies for our key markets;

• market research;

• overall strategy & goal setting - track, record, and report on outcomes;

• increase engagement, conversion rate, leads and deposits through proactive organic and paid advertising;

• monitoring and optimizing all campaigns to continually improve results;

• writing engaging social copy across all channels that drive results (English and Russian languages);

• collaborating with the design team on the development and production of original social content (images, videos, GIFs, infographics, etc);

• moderating conversations happening across all channels to maintain loyalty and connection within our community;

• creating content schedules and editorial calendars;

• writing posts and articles if it’s necessary, organization of content creation processes;

• engaging influencers and bloggers if it is suitable for a certain campaign or goal;

• management and cooperation with the international team.

• university degree (preferably PR, marketing);

• at least Upper-Intermediate English;

• experience as SMM manager at least 2 years, preferably experience living abroad or in international companies/projects;

• excellent communication skills - verbal and written; result-oriented and able to meet goals in creative ways.
