Вакансия: SCADA/HMI Product Director

Tibbo is an international company group leading in software and hardware solutions for the Internet of Things and digital enterprises. Two main members of the group are Tibbo Technology and Tibbo Systems.
Tibbo Systems develops, deploys, and services solutions based on AggreGate Platform. Established in 2001, Tibbo Systems takes care of developing AggreGate Platform itself, as well as all vertical market products based on it. There are many software professionals, IT infrastructure engineers, automation experts and IoT gurus in our core team.

Tibbo Systems is looking for SCADA/HMI Product Director to drive our AggreGate SCADA/HMI business and manage ongoing product development. In this role, you are expected to communicate closely with sales, marketing and development teams, and enhance both internal and cross-departmental business processes to ensure the success of the product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Driving product sales, as well as customer satisfaction and user adoption while ensuring a reasonable balance between these areas

  • Meeting your personal goals and KPIs for bookings, revenue, customers growth, retention, new product features and releases, and product marketing collaterals

  • Supervising for key/strategic deals in close liaison with cross-functional teams and other departments involved

  • Communicating with key customers/partners and prospects acting as a trusted advisor or subject matter expert in both product and industry areas

  • Evangelizing your product throughout the existing customer base, prospects and total addressable market to ensure thriving product ecosystems

  • Monitoring product adoption, usage metrics, customer and sales feedback, and convert these insights into roadmap and go-to-market actions

  • Carrying out ongoing market/industry research and competitors analysis

  • Laying out a product vision and go-to-market strategy

  • Managing product roadmap and new feature rollout schedule

  • Writing feature requirements and user stories

  • Managing and carry out the process for feature requests generalization

  • Developing internal and external product documentation

  • Preparing product training and conducting training courses for key customers/partners

  • Supervising marketing campaign to promote your product with corresponding marketing materials preparation and event participation

  • Ensuring your sales team are equipped with high-quality marketing materials and comprehensive sales tools to maximize salesforce efficiency, including product presentations, website pages, battlecards, competitive comparisons, product sheets, and whitepapers

​​​​​​​Essential Requirements
  • Deep knowledge and 3+ years’ experience in Industrial automation (PLC/SCADA/MES/EAM)

  • Strong understanding of the total addressable market and broad understanding of the industry landscape

  • Comprehension of business drivers and challenges, customer demands and market trends for the industry

  • Good understanding of standard industrial automation protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA, DNP3, BACnet, KNX, LON, IEC 60870-5

  • Hands-on experience or deep expertise in SCADA products from other leading vendors

  • Proven track record in either software vendor or system integration companies as a Product Manager or Product Consultant, Pre-Sale Engineer or Sales

  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to listen effectively and articulate product vision and roadmap both internally and externally

  • Ability to distinguish customers and users, to get from customer problem to product vision, to balance the need of the customers and the market, to translate “what a feature does” into “how a feature wins”

  • Passion for the product and willingness to go above and beyond your formal job responsibilities

  • Fluency in English, written and spoken

Desired Skills
  • Expertise in some of the relevant market niches (IoT/IIoT, BMS, BI and Analytics, Machine learning)

  • Knowledge in IEC 61131-3 programming languages (LD, ST, FBD, and SFC)

  • Experience in project management, software development and implementation

  • Ability to handle stress, to meet a deadline and work for KPI

  • Oral, written, and presentation communication skills suitable for CxO-level interaction

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Expertise in implementing digital and event marketing strategy
