To apply, submit your application inEnglish.ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managersin assigned business areas to source, select and hire qualified candidates at a variety of levelsLeverage creative tactics and a variety of sources (including direct search, LinkedIn and other social media, internal referrals, direct applicants, recruitment agencies, etc.) to deliver top talent to fill open positions across your designated territoryDevelop a direct sourcing strategy tobuild and maintain a strong candidate pipelineManage therecruitment process end-to-end, providing support and delivering a superior experience for all candidates progressing through the hiring process, including extending and closing offersDeliver a superior experience for all candidates progressing through the end-to-end hiring process, including extending and closing offersProvide training to hiring managers on recruiting, interviewing, and the selection process as requiredSuggest process improvement initiatives to streamline hiring processWork with local HR Team to deploy theEmployee Value Proposition(EVP) at a local level in line with global guidelines in order to increase brand awareness in the local job market and position IQVIA as an employer of choiceRepresent company at on-campus and virtual recruiting events and job fairsWork internally with other Talent Acquisition team members to share knowledge, best practices and resourcesContribute to both regional and global talent acquisition projects as requiredKeep abreast of market trends in the assigned geography that may impact on the company’s ability to attract talents and work with the business to provide solutionsKeep up to date of the new digital trends and available solutions in recruitment spaceRequired Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStronghands-on recruitment experience (4+ years), whether in agency or in-house, that includes supporting global fast-paced organizations with the talent acquisition of junior and mid-senior professional profiles.Experience of Technology and/or Management Consulting recruiting is highly desirableSignificantdirect sourcing experience, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platformsProvenability to manage multiplestakeholder relationshipsup to a senior level to influence and positively challenge existing thinkingFluentinEnglishwith strong verbal and written communication skills - additional language skills would be a significant advantageExperience usingApplicant Tracking/ CRM Systems(e.g. Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors etc.) is essentialDemonstrating (internal) customer-oriented mindset and “make it happen” mentalityAbility to multi-task, prioritize and plan routine activities in a fast-paced environmentExperience of working by objectives and to a range of recruitment related KPIsGood understanding and awareness of the market trendsAbility to establish and maintain effective remote working relationships and collaborative attitude with TA colleagues and management.Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applicationsAt IQVIA, we believe in pushing the boundaries of human science and data science to make the biggest impact possible – to help our customers create a healthier world.
