The ideal manager is ready to drive the business development process with advertisers, offer unique solutions, and discover ways to optimize business tasks in this area of Yandex. The diversity of the client base will allow you to gain experience and apply communication skills at various levels, as well as immerse yourself in the details and features of business from small companies to major international players in various industries.We train all new employees and, if necessary, assign a personal mentor for the first year of work.In this position, you will:build working relationships with international advertisers;help clients solve current problems, as well as offer new Yandex solutions and products;analyze the results of your work and suggest ways to optimize;execute a sales plan and work on internal projects and tasks.You are a good fit if you have:solid understanding of the online advertising market ecosystem and the business processes of advertising agencies;proven ability to negotiate with decision makers;strong verbal and written communication skills;motivation to work in a multitasking situation and set priorities;public speaking skills;desire to work on a team and share your experience;drive to focus on results;opportunity and desire to have business trips 20-30% of work-time;English proficiency at advanced (C1) level or higher.Optional:bonus points if you know other languages.Conditions:remote team, so you can work from our Moscow office;competative salary upon local market;regular bonuses;comprehensive support from the team and top management;extensive health insurance, including 80% of the cost of insuring your spouse and children.
