HR information systems support and development in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Kazakhstan will depend on your work in Danone.
In this role you will:
- Support the existing information systems (SAP SuccessFactors solution for HR and satellite solutions) on the daily basis;
- Support the development, testing, deployment, maintenance, upgrade of HR information systems;
- Prepare the technical specification for Central Team, cooperate with consultants and developers in Central Team;
- Align information systems with business changes;
- Participate in new projects (e.g. new features implementation), acting as a part of project team or project leader;
- Work closely with HR department to analyze existing processes and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of information systems;
- Create lasting, productive partnerships with internal departments and external providers;
- Contribute to more efficient use of the system by organizing training for users, making procedures and user manuals.

- You have experience in leading and completing cross-team initiatives;

- Your English is at least at Upper intermediate level (as a must);
- You understand FMCG business specifics (as a nice-to-have);
- You are highly organized, have strong communications, collaboration skills and ability to work with geographically dispersed team.
