Вакансия: Training Manager / Менеджер по обучению

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing and supervising the training program for the Customer's employees: building up a team of participants, theoretical remote training of the team on the territory of the Customer, practical training of the team on the territories of the General Contractor and the Customer, certification of the team of participants
• Select and manage resources (including work with subcontractors for technological equipment and MEP systems training), training vendors for Rospotrebnadzor attestation/certification
• Communicate with team members, trainers and management
• Hold regular meetings together with the Customer
• Prepare reports on the training program progress

Requirements:

• English verbal and writing skills - at least B1 (Intermediate)
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field as an advantage
• Minimum 1 year experience in training and development management
• MS Office user: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Flexibility to travel

• Working in a multinational team of one of the world's largest construction companies
• Working at the site office of the Gazprom Space Systems construction project (Shcholkovo)
• Salary rate to be discussed individually
• 6-day working week (Saturday - till 1 pm)
