ApprovalMax develops solutions for finance and accounting automation. We are operating out of Germany, Russia and UK, selling our products to the English-speaking markets worldwide (United Kingdom, USA, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Singapore etc.).
The cloud workflow system ApprovalMax provides multi-step and multi-role approvals for SMB business. Coupled with Xero and QuickBooks Online accounting systems, it enables a flexible definition of approval authorisation levels and automation of approval processes for finance and accounting. ApprovalMax ensures better process control and fosters compliance and audit readiness.

To strengthen our execution, we are looking for full-time system analyst to work on the system requirements for our product.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams to design, reverse engineer and document requirements for both existing functionalities and new features
- Track customer inquiries, collect feedback, assist feature implementation estimation, participate in product continuous delivery planning
- Keep centralised requirements repository (Confluence) clean and up to date
- Work with QA team to design automated test scenarios for product functionalities
- Assist Customer Success team with challenging user cases
- Assist Marketing team with upcoming product updates
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of work experience in System Analytics or Product Management
- Proven understanding of software engineering approaches
- Knowledge of requirement engineering methods and tools
- Software engineering experience is preferred
- Experience with tools and philosophy of continuous delivery app lifecycle (version control, issue tracking, building, deployment, auto tests, etc.)
- A self-starter who can work well on his own and as part of a team
- Responsiveness
- English language skills sufficient to have meetings with English-speaking colleagues
