Dear applicants, we are launching the Savencia Russia Leadership Program for graduates of food and technical universities, who have finished their higher education no more than five years ago.

Savencia Russia Leadership Program is a training program for professionals, which aims to turn the recent graduate into the head of the production in three years

Program participants will have the opportunity to work in several positions, on real projects in various departments of Savencia Russia, they will acquire the necessary skills and, if successful, pursue a career as a leader in their chosen specialization - production, engineering projects, the purchase of milk.

Requirements:

• profiled education,
• English - B2 level or +
• leadership qualities,
• mobile within Russia and abroad.

Terms:

• the program has a duration of three years,
• The main part will take place in Belebey; internships in Ufa and Moscow are also scheduled,
• we plan to provide an internship in one of the international branches of Savencia, according to the basic specialization,
• housing is provided for applicants from other regions.

Selection:

• collection of applications and motivation letters,
• essays on a given topic,
• Participation in remote assessment centers: group and individual assignments to assess leadership potential and skills.
