Summary

Our Marketing team needs an exceptional Community Manager for our exceptional core B2B2C FinTech product that is now actively used in over 150 countries. The initiative has top-10 blockchain and gaming companies among its partners and stakeholders.

Reporting directly to the CMO, the Community Manager works closely with the designer and in-house copywriter, key stakeholders, sales and customer service departments to proactively build, continuously improve, monitor and assess our entire social footprint. It is a new role within the Company, so you will have to start from scratch and have a great while challenging opportunity to shape the community management strategy across all channels applying best practices and tools.

We see this position as a great chance to get immersed in the FinTech industry and stay abreast of emerging trends in this domain.

We seek someone who can:

• Contribute to the marketing strategy in cooperation with the C-level management

• Share insight on community information needs with in-house designer and copywriter to post powerful messages on the core social media, as well as to contribute to the overall content strategy

• Promptly respond to comments and customer questions

Does this sound like you?

• 2+ years experience in social media marketing for blockchain-based projects

• Talented storyteller with copywriting skills

• A portfolio of compelling content in blockchain and crypto markets

• Overpromise, overdeliver is your motto

Mandatory:

• Strong written command of English (C1) and Russian

• 2+ year of experience with Tweeter, Facebook, LinkedIn and similar platforms

• Good web-search skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skill

• Familiar with community management tools and techniques

Preferable:

• Degree in Philology/Journalism/PR/Marketing

• Work/study experience in English-speaking countries

• Experience with graphics editor software

• Experience with Slack, Jira, Confluence
