Responsibilities

• Expense reports’ audit and posting based on P&G internal policies & procedures and local Legal requirements.

• Communication with employees and query handling.

• Travel account management and a month-end closing.

• Performing various calculations related to travel accounting process.

• Handling internal/external audit tasks.

• Cooperation with a Bank: credit card related activities (opening, closure).

• Russia Specific Payroll Data input in a Payroll System.

• Internal process automatization and digitalization.

• Work with Employee Support Service.

• Partnership with HR and other business functions.

Qualifications

• Strong English skills (Intermediate level or higher)

• Financial/Accounting background & knowledge of Tax law (optional)

• Data management and analytical skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Microsoft, Flow.

• Basic programming skills (optional)

• Ability to balance multiple priorities

• High attention to details

• Passion for process automation
