We are now looking for a passionate, highly organized and execution-focused Brand builder to join our Marketing team. The Senior Marketing Specialist is a blended position, combining Marketing, Brand Management and Administrative expertise.

Responsibilities

• Execution of brand specific plans in top retailers: adaptation of POS and digital materials based on the given toolkit.

• Brand subline management: development of POSM and promo plans, work with bloggers.

• Business analysis: shares, penetration, competitor analysis, etc.

• Event and budget management.

• Coordination of external agencies with internal PR, Design and Legal teams.

• Administrative tasks: product requests, purchase orders, room booking, meeting support, etc.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary: 80 000 RUR gross

• Monthly lunch subsidy

Qualifications

• Higher education diploma

• Good command of English

• Enthusiastic about innovative marketing

• Organization and time management skills

• Experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint

• Flexibility and ability to handle changes and multiple priorities

• Previous work experience in FMCG and/or creative agencies is a plus
