DigiU is an ecosystem for developing and financing artificial intelligence and blockchain technology projects.
We are looking for a Senior Lawyer to build the company's work at the intersection of IT, securities law, intellectual property law, cryptocurrencies, and later, venture capital and investment transactions.
Main task blocks:
- developing the legal structure of a modern IT business;
- ongoing monitoring of changes in legislation and ensuring timely adaptation of approaches to the current regulatory framework;
- flexible use of current regulation to achieve the goals of the business unit;
- coordination of the legal structuring of the company's operations in foreign jurisdictions;
- coordination of the operations of the group's foreign legal entities;
- civil legal support of interaction with banks and financial institutions, later with foreign financial institutions.
Ongoing legislative work:
- draft and agree on contracts governed by Russian law;
- develop and frame local regulations, employment contracts;
- defend the company's interests in relations with contractors and government authorities.
Requirements:
- knowledge of civil law to perfection, court practice;
- Intermediate English or higher;
- IT experience in creating, registering and protecting intellectual property is desirable.
