*instinctools is looking for Middle Project Manager to work as a part of our professional team.

Our Clients are world-famous companies of different industries. We have a wide range of projects in our portfolio e.g. web services, mobile applications, blockchain and large enterprise systems built on various platforms and technologies. Project Managers, System Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, QA engineers, UX/UI designers, DevOps and other experts work together to provide the best service for your Customers.

Our expectations of the ideal candidate:

• 2+ years commercial experience in project management;

• Managing various sub-teams (back-end, front-end, BA, designer) in one project;

• Experience of work on all project phases (from idea to release), adjusting methodologies depending on the project’s phase and team’s size;

• Experience of work with foreign top clients on a long term basis;

• Ability to manage efficiently 10+ person teams having team leads and additional project manager(s);

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with different facilitation techniques;

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, result-oriented thinking

• Self-organization, planning, task balancing, prioritization skills;

• English level: Advanced or higher.

Will be a plus:

• German language level: intermediate or higher;

• Software Development experience and technical background is your advantage;

• Business Analysis/QA experience is your advantage;

• Proven professional education/certificates is your advantage;

• Knowledge of different business domains.
