The Role

This is a remote position and we support you being fully remote.

We strongly believe that by putting smart people from different backgrounds together we’re able to help our customers in ways that others can’t. For example, we have had engineers discover that their passion is in data, and we have supported them in becoming data engineers. We have a strong DevOps culture too and believe CI/CD and testing are the only ways to innovate at scale; deployments should take minutes, not hours!

Your Technical Environment

You’ll be working on our core platform allowing small businesses to access funding seamlessly through fantastic UX and automation of complex processing such as risk analysis and payment processing.

Our core platform is built in .NET, C# WebAPI and ReactJS. Our technology stack is always evolving with us, as such, we are now developing new services serverless first, and we have plans to upgrade and uplift our older services to support our platform scaling.

Requirements

Technical skills 4+ years of experience working with C# 3+ years experience with React (+ at least a working knowledge of Redux) Principal designer of at least two mission-critical complex (multi-tier) systems (2+ years design-led experience) Unit / Integration / Acceptance / Regression testing experience 2+ years working with Azure

Soft skills Has previous evidence of high-impact knowledge sharing (e.g. workshops/webinars) Sees future as an IC Champions technical excellence Clear communicator High level of autonomy
