About the vacancy

The client is a global company that works as an intermediary between employers and future employees. They are engaged in the transportation of low-skilled labor from low-income countries to countries with high incomes for seasonal work: Mexico to America, Georgia to the UAE, post-Soviet countries to Poland, e.g. The DataArt team helps the client with building WebApp and mobile applications. The tech stack we use is Java 14, React.js, Spring, and DI. We hire people not for a project but for the company. If the project (or your work on it) is over you go to another project or to a paid “Idle”.

Responsibilities

  • Work on UX and UI improvements of the existing products in an international team of designers
  • Create wireframes and prototypes for the new features
  • Close collaboration with the developers: design review and control

Must have

  • Hands-on experience with graphic and prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, Axure, Invision and others)
  • Experience in visual identity across a broad range of industries
  • Experience in creating mind maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes
  • Experience in creating and using UI style guides and design systems
  • Good presentation skills and confidence to present UX/UI solutions
  • Teamwork experience (also working with Jira)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Spoken English
  • A portfolio demonstrating UX and UI skills

Would be a plus

  • Experience with an interface animation
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS
