At this point, we are looking for someone who will share our ideas about open, progressive, free and fair workspace and take the position of a Lead Recruiter to help our project grow and prosper. You will be the coolest person to be warm-heartedly welcomed in our team if you: - Have at least 1-year work experience as a recruiter -Have a profound understanding of human’s psychology -Speak C1-C2 level of English, have outstanding speaking and writing skills - Are able to find a common language with people from a different ethnic, social and cultural background - Are insanely smart to react to the arising issues fast and efficiently - Are tremendously responsible to be able to own up to the work process and the employees’ success or sometimes even failures - Have enough courage and persistence to push through the hardships and win from the mistakes Would be an advantage -Education or work experience in the Psychology or HR sector - Project manager experience The diverse responsibilities that the Lead Recruiter is going to deal with offer a perfect and unquestionable room for personal and professional growth.
