Responsibilities:· support Market Procurement teams in delivery key objectives being a category subject matter expert;
· represent single point of contact for Global Procurement category functions, ensuring efficient collaboration and contribution to Procurement function objectives at all levels;
· ensure category strategy implementation in the region in line with globally established standards, market specifics and best practices;
· support global projects deployment in the region;
· develop and deploy regional strategy, lead regional supplier relationship management;
· drive maturity of categories in region through category management practices;
· build and maintain partnership with regional stakeholders.
Requirements:- university degree in Business Administration or Economics;
- 3+ years exposure to people management;
- experience in various procurement areas, supply chain, commercial and/or operations organizations;
- strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes and hands-on experience in category management;
- proven record in managing strategic initiatives on the scale of several affiliates;
- experience in partnering with senior stakeholders at different levels of organization;
- substantial experience in development and deployment of strategies, keen in alignment of multi-level audiences;
- proven track record in end-to-end project management;
- confirmed experience collaborating cross-functionally with remote teams, in a constructive, inclusive and sustainable way;
- excellent communication and documentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing different levels of seniority across organization;
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem solving, learning and decision-making skills, with a track record of successful results delivery;
- analytical skills with proven experience, strong aptitude for technology;
- exceptional proficiency in MS Office package;
- fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must;
- strong influencing skills and indirect leadership, exceptional drive to create and improve.
