Вакансия: FP&A Analyst for multinational IT Company

Our Client - global leader in data and software services for automotive and insurance companies.

The Role

  • FP&A Analyst (international regions , 40+ countries, $800m+ revenue).
  • We need a person who can lead all data consolidation, verification and coordination processes for international organization with the advanced Excel, TM1, Power BI skills.
  • Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of such experience in Big4 companies.

What You’ll Do

Planning and Analyses

  • Support annual Planning (1+3 years) and monthly Forecasts processes (data collection, verification and consolidation)
  • Support Month End results and variance consolidation
  • Create standard regional templates and dashboards for data analyses, reporting, consolidation and FC/BU (to be useful also on the country level)
  • Prepare data extraction for project related or other ad-hoc requests
  • Support RCFOs in data gathering and analyses

Support

  • Update regular reporting packages (decks, excel)
  • Create TM1 linked ad-hocs or regular reports
  • Create templates for data collection and consolidation from the market

Drills

  • Coordinate, follow-up, consolidate and first check the drill of collecting data or other inputs required by corporate
  • Check monthly submission quality (statistics, CPRM, COVID reporting etc)

What You’ll Bring

  • Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically in MS Excel (advanced-level preferred) and Power Point. Knowledge of Power BI is a Plus.
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data and to translate results into meaningful metrics.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high pressure environment, delivering with deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimum supervision.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills as positions requires communicating with department heads and management.
  • Additional experience with financial/accounting systems is beneficial but not required.
  • Prior knowledge with TM1 beneficial but not required.
  • 3 year of experience in Big4 and a strong willingness to learn FP&A skills.
  • BA/BS degree in Finance or Business required, MBA, CPA and/or advanced technical degree preferred

Conditions:

  • Local office in Moscow. Currently-100% remote operation mode.
  • Salary – 180000-200,000 rubles. gross + 10% annual bonus.
