RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To ensure permanent final goods availability on JTI WHs in accordance with stock targets, transport schedule, marketing activities plan, Material Requirements Planning distribution schedule by planning daily replenishment in cooperation with Sales planning & analysis group, Brand groups and Logistics
• To create purchase orders by SKU/by JTI warehouse from HUBs to regional warehouses in SAP system on a daily basis
• To monitor JTI WHs performance and capacities, to provide transport schedules for Logistics timely
• To take active part in projects related to daily activities optimization and supply chain process improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education (desirably technical or economical);
• At least 1 year experience in the related areas (ex. shipments planning, sales forecasting and analysis);
• Excellent PC user (Excel, SAP, PowerPoint, VBA as a plus );
• English: Upper Intermediate level;
• Structured thinker with excellent analytical skills and attention to the details;
• Ability to work under pressure, to define priorities and deliver results under limited timeframe;

• Good communication and presentation skills, be able to work separately and take responsibilities;

• Self-disciplined, result oriented and good organizational skills;
• Positive attitude.
