Natchez Trace, a branch of the Japanese Macnica-Fuji holding, is developing Video over IP products for live video transport applications in the Broadcast and ProAV spaces. We are looking for a senior C++ developer to complement our team of 15 technical staff working closely with sister branches in the USA and Japan.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist and participate in the development and testing of real-time embedded software, application software Assist with making system design through well-defined interfaces across multiple components Investigate bugs and determine appropriate fixes Participate in internal review of software components and systems Adhere to and drive modern software engineering practices through design and code reviews Consider testability, portability/monitoring, reliability, and maintainability, and understand when code is ready to be shared and delivered Follow established development practices and processes to maintain the configuration management of software products Evaluate and analyze performance REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Strong C++ skills with 6+ years of proven experience (C++ 11/14/17) A solid sense of software architecture Knowledge of systems software design Experience with Lua Experience with Linux Operating Systems Experience with GIT, Jira Knowledge of software development life cycle and processes Experienced with embedded development (including drivers) Experience developing software in a team based development environment, preferably Agile/SCRUM Strong problem solving skills, including ability to produce technical documentation Good team player and collaborator English language written and spoken: Intermediate+Optional but highly welcome: Experience with writing applications connecting to exchange API's or using network protocols Experience with parallel, concurrent, and multi-threaded programming Experience with Bitbake build system Experience with media streaming systems Experience with building REST APIs Experience with optimizing software performance Experience with scripting using Bash Experience with TDD Experience with Docker Experience with low-latency computing and hardware-level design WHAT WE OFFER: Official job contract Medical Insurance Modern office in the city center, remote work is also possible Interesting work in an international team Gaining experience with advanced technologies Условия труда:
