<p><strong>About our company: </strong><br><br>Advilistic (child company of Profit Whales) searching for talented professionals to join our team!<br>At Advilistic, we are building a studio that will launch eCommerce brands from scratch and buy small Amazon brands so to scale them with our marketplace and marketing experience in both Amazon and D2C sales channels. Driven by high-quality human brand management, innovation and steady increase of sales and profit.<br><br><strong>Skills and requirements: </strong></p><p>2+ years of proven e-commerce experience, preferably with Amazon product management, marketing, or an analytical function, preferably at a startup or other fast-paced environment.</p><p>Ability to dig through data, analyze and provide recommendations from your insights.</p><p>Familiar with other platforms such as Walmart, eBay, Shopify, etc. – advantage.</p><p>More than two years of experience in a Head of Product position is highly desirable.</p><p>Experience in leading a Product of 10+ members is considered highly desirable</p><p>Working knowledge of eCommerce, Amazon, Shopify/Klaviyo ecosystem, and other technologies related to the industry is an advantage</p><p>Strong Communication Skills as well as being fluent in English</p><p>Proven management track record;<br><br>Experience in Online Customer acquisition and retention — SEO/SEM, SMS, Email Marketing, Cart Abandonment, Loyalty, A/B/Multivariate Testing, Responsive Design, Mobile, and Site Functionality.</p><p><br><br><strong>Main tasks:</strong></p><p>Control the full product creation process from discovery to delivery while remaining innovative/open-minded around new product ideas</p><p>Prepare, monitor, and understand the migration process during acquisition process of a new brand. This includes doing a deep dive of all information provided during due diligence, migrating the prior seller’s accounts (social media, emails, customer service management, warehouses, inventory, etc.), developing a good relationship with the seller to get his full cooperation during and after the migration.</p><p>Management of Advertising agencies and in-house marketing team<br><br>Account management: contact with PMs, support team, retailers, manufactures and users.</p><p>Prioritize key elements in new products in order to optimize our expansion efforts and customer experience</p><p>Passionately advocate for a customer experience that leads to extreme customer loyalty</p><p>Develop product roadmaps and build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners, and the leadership team</p><p>Problem-solving of issues related to listings, products, and prices.</p><p>Manage shipping schedule, deadlines and inventory control.<br><br>Website content managements</p><p>Analyze data and conduct user research to identify insights and inform product decisions</p><p>Lead experimentation through A/B tests to improve performance on key business metrics</p><p>Build a team with brand managers.</p><p>Maintaining product success on Amazon&Shopify and strive to become best seller, monitoring metrics shifts, follow market trends, adding customer profiles, daily reporting, pricing changes, manage remote teams, inventory management spread among several locations and warehouses.<br><br>Develop strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, improve conversion rate, price optimization, PPC optimization, packaging/inserts including dimensions, coupons and deals, customer communications, subscribe and save, removing unprofitable products, etc.</p><p>Analyze reports, coordinating with finance department cashflow and accurate P&L.</p><p>Interface with legal team regarding any intellectual property or legal issues, such as product suspension or identifying “hijackers”.<br><br>Build and then coordinate with customer satisfaction team to ensure we prove the best experience for your product portfolio.</p><p>Manage product pre-launches, launches and expansion.<br><br><br><strong>NOTE: a lot of tasks should be delegated to the team and service providers. </strong><br><br><br><br></p><p><strong>We offer</strong></p><p><br>Salary $1000 -$3000 ;<br>Yearly salary raises<br>Anniversary gifts<br>Team meetup bonus<br>Possibility to work remotely with a free schedule;<br>Perspectives for career growth;<br>Several times a year, the company gathers the entire team to celebrate important dates;<br>Trial period 1 month.<br>Yearly salary raises</p>
