ALGORITHMICS GLOBAL is an international Programming school for children from 6 to 17 years old, with over 300k students currently studying globally. In our classes, we help children take the first step into the world of IT and develop their math knowledge by playfully teaching them and finding an individual approach to each child using a unique methodology and specifically developed online platform.

Today we have a strong team totalling 300 colleagues around the world, and a franchising model of 300+ partners in 55 countries globally as our key business driver. In 2022, our key objective is international development. We are looking for a Head of Division / Director who will share our values and strengthen our international franchise team (100 people and growing) to exceed our objectives together.

Key responsibilities:

TEAM

  • Build and develop a strong multinational sales team across time zones to support the expansion of our franchise network globally

  • Share best sales practices and develop team capabilities across multiple sales channels, such as Facebook, Linkedin, aggregators and others

  • Make joint sales calls with sales executives to ensure selling skills and techniques are mastered

  • Coach and inspire the sales organisation to enhance performance, capabilities, knowledge and professionalism

  • Coach, lead and develop direct reports and others, work closely with teams and individuals to identify and improve competency gaps and devise objectives and personal development plans

  • Attract and retain the right talents inside and outside of the organisation

PROCESSES

  • Develop sales excellence and predictable outcomes through sales team performance tracking and operational processes

  • Ensure the entire sales team utilises and capitalises on our commercial pipeline and CRM system (AMO-CRM)

OPPORTUNITIES

  • Formulate and execute a clear and effective sales strategy and direction in line with the Algorithmics business plan

  • Accountable for monitoring and maintaining a healthy business opportunity pipeline in our commercial pipeline and CRM

  • Be on the lookout for any new project development on the market and set a proper targeting strategy with the sales team


Who we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience in management in commercial or sales roles with international sales teams

  • 3-5 years of experience of doing sales preferably to international clients;

  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a proven track record in sales and leadership.

  • Fluent or native English speaker. Knowledge of additional languages - French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Chinese, Arabic & Russian – is very welcomed;

  • Master negotiator; strong networking skills

  • An inspirational leader with excellent coaching and people skills

  • Basic analytical skills and experience with CRM systems

  • Excellent communicator

  • A big plus: Experience with Franchise sales
