Right now, we’re looking for an experienced CISO who’ll spearhead digital security for the whole company from our office in Europe.This is a top-level position that requires relocation to Europe, which we will happily organize from start to finish if needed. Our perfect candidate has vast experience with cyber security in major companies and knows how to set up and use standard security protocols. We expect you to be familiar with European ISO laws, as well as know the specifics of working with Facebook, Google, and other platforms. We keep our eye on the ball and stay on top of all relevant market trends — we’re business-driven and result-oriented.What you will do:— work with key company executives and in line with company strategy and business needs, create digital security strategies, project portfolios, roadmaps— establish an SIRT (security incident response team) to create effective mechanisms for detection, response, and investigation of information security incidents— implement security-related products and tools— liaise with management, partners, stakeholders, and third party services or solution providers if neededWhat we want to see in a candidate:— at least 3 years of leadership experience in cyber security, information, and risk management in major European companies— in-depth knowledge and practical experience in applying industry standards and best practices in the field of information security management and information protection— strong technical expertise in information security— experience in conducting information security audits— fluent English— experience with ISO27001, SOC2, or ISO27018 would be an advantageWhat we offer:— streamlined onboarding processes and remote work support— full equipment of the workplace in WFH mode— comfortable working hours— medical insurance— full sick days compensation— GI education: lectures, courses— compensation for English classes, sports and mental health
