Some of our team work from our London HQ, some from their homes, and others in hubs (predominantly) within the US and Europe.We actively nurture a culture of transparency and support - this allows our team to work autonomously, to challenge decisions, and to be heard - everyone has a voice!Product Function OverviewWe work closely with Development and QA to build an amazing platform that helps professional services teams, to boost productivity and remove the burden of admin work so they can really focus on providing their customers the value they need. Our platform consists of a Project and Resource Management, Professional Services Automation, Customer Onboarding and Project Financials & Billing solutions.Our product suite is built natively on the Salesforce platform and we are using apex, Lightning web components, vue.js and react to build our product suite.We collaborate with all the departments within the company and all our customers to better understand their needs and challenges in their day to day work to work.Each team member's impact on the platform is essential so we encourage proactivity, critical thinking and deep empathy for our users.What you’ll be doingWe are in an exciting period of growth here at Precursive, and are looking for a new Junior Product Manager to join our team. This role provides a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on building a product with thousands of users.In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Product, and be responsible for leading end-to-end product management efforts. This role is a remote opportunity. Some day-to-day responsibilities include:Being a subject matter expert on the product and the businessExecuting the product strategy and prioritizing the roadmapWorking with the Sales and Customer Success teams to understand the “voice of the customer” and perform win/loss analysisGathering product feedback internally and externally (customers and partners)Conducting user and market research identifying customers needs and shipping the product to the marketPrioritizing development work and planning releasesActing as the Product Owner in our Scrum processes. Prioritizing, defining, clarifying, and managing the capacity of the development teamOwning the feature shaping and refinement process. Describing the problem, setting boundaries/scope, and writing user stories and acceptance criteriaWorking with the Development team to shape, estimate and plan development workCollaborating with Product Marketing on product releases, promoting new features and product roadmaps Internally and externally and sales enablementWorking with support to ensure support documentation tells the story for the featureWorking with Product Marketing and Sales to create engaging product demonstrations that are used in videos, and are the basis for customer engagements in the sales processTracking KPIs and ensuring the product enables measurementWhat we’re looking for: RequiredBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field At least 1 year of experience in a product manager, product owner, or business analyst role for a SaaS product, preferably related to SalesforceExcellent oral and written communication skills including vocabulary, spelling, composition, and grammar Aptitude sufficient to understand and convey in written and oral communications with multiple audiences, including Development, and Quality Assurance Demonstrable experience at managing projects (scoping, planning, and coordinating)Deep understanding of and empathy for usersCritical thinking and problem solving Detail driven ProactiveEager to learnPreferred Knowledge of/experience with of the Salesforce ecosystem Experience in a fast-paced scale-up environment, ideally in the SaaS space Proven history of successful product discovery, development, and deliveryWhat we offer We’re committed to offering a competitive salary for each of our roles, based on previous experience and market rates.
