Вакансия: SMM Manager

We are a small dedicated team of professionals, building a start-up that supercharges community development for web3 projects. In a nutshell, we help projects with all things related to community management, education, and marketing. Important to note that we are not directly affiliated with Unistory, we represent a separate entity and simply sharing hiring processes for convenience.

We are actively looking for a colleague to grow our social media presence.

The right candidate must be confident working autonomously, have high accountability, and strong communication skills. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes virtual worlds , and is ready to create captivating narratives about the next chapter of crypto and gaming industry.

As a part of our team you will:

• Create content for our Twitter, TikTok, Telegram, other social media accounts (including, but not limited to articles, infographics, banners, videos, quizzes, polls);

• Ideate content plans and control their implementation;

• Independently build expertise around trends to create viral narratives, establishing thought leadership in the industry;

• Research TA and drive its growth;

• Propose strategic partnerships with other web3 influencers.

We d be happy to consider you for the role if you have:

• Previous experience in Copywriting, SMM, Content management and/or Community management roles;

• Knowledge of social networks, their functionality, and algorithms (esp. Twitter);

• English Advanced (C1-C2);

• Analytical and structuring skills (You can retrieve main ideas from a set of large texts, analyze them, structure, create summary and make sure it makes sense);

• Ability to conduct independent research, use online analytical tools, scrap basic data;

• Planning and organization skills: you are autonomous and reliable;

• Deep interest in the future of gaming, crypto, and metaverse

• Portfolio of your written & graphic content in Russian & English.

It will be a plus if you have:

• Deep understanding of web3;

• Ability to use design tools and video editors like Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, PowerPoint, iMovie, Inshot, Supa, Mojo, Unfold, Canva.
