Prosense company's primary product is a VR platform for real-time broadcasting of sports and entertainment events. The company supplies digital content to large brands, occupying a leading position as a producer of virtual reality content, and is actively attracting crypto-currency investments.
Technical Support team is looking for a specialist, who would not falter in the face of an exciting new challenge and is open to learning.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing remote information/technical support on demand to our foreign clients;

  • Talking on demand to clients on the phone, via email, online chat client, as well as social networks messengers;

  • Constant cooperation with the Department's manager; fulfilling his tasks;

  • Active input in formation of the Department's database;

Requirements:
  • Fluent Chinese;

  • Command of one more language would be your advantage;

  • Experience with CRM systems (ZenDesk, Kayko, Itercom, Salesforce, or similar ones);

  • Knowledge of the cryptocurrencies market, understanding of basic technical terms, wish to learn and progress in this direction;

  • Good communicative skills.

More advantages for a candidate:
  • Experience at cryptocurrencies exchanges;

  • Experience in cryptocurrencies mining;

  • Command of English at the intermediate level would be your advantage;

  • Experience with VR technologies.
