Providing remote information/technical support on demand to our foreign clients;
Talking on demand to clients on the phone, via email, online chat client, as well as social networks messengers;
Constant cooperation with the Department's manager; fulfilling his tasks;
Active input in formation of the Department's database;
Fluent Chinese;
Command of one more language would be your advantage;
Experience with CRM systems (ZenDesk, Kayko, Itercom, Salesforce, or similar ones);
Knowledge of the cryptocurrencies market, understanding of basic technical terms, wish to learn and progress in this direction;
Good communicative skills.
Experience at cryptocurrencies exchanges;
Experience in cryptocurrencies mining;
Command of English at the intermediate level would be your advantage;
Experience with VR technologies.
