Вакансия: Юрист со знанием английского языка

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and legal expertise of international corporate documents (resolutions, letters etc);

• Drafting and negotiating bilingual contracts (SPA, loans, Term Sheet уес)

• Company due diligence (foreign companies);

• Assistance in bank account opening.

Requirements:

• Higher legal education;
• Experience of at least 2 years international work;
• Fluent English;
• Knowledge of documents of foreign companies;
• Experience of drafting of bilingual contracts;

Conditions:

• RUR 30,000 - 40,000 per month;
• Remote work & flexible schedule.
