I’m looking for a native-level Russian linguist to translate a set of legal documents while preserving every nuance of the original, including detailed terminology, citations and references to statutes. Accuracy is critical; the target text must read as if it were originally drafted in Russian, yet mirror the source wording closely enough to stand up in court or under regulatory review.
You’ll work directly from the provided files (Word/PDF). They include contracts, annexes and a short opinion letter. Expect a combined length of roughly 8,000–10,000 English words. If you spot ambiguous phrasing, please flag it so I can clarify before you finalise the translation.
Deliverables:
• Fully translated Russian versions of each document, keeping original formatting and paragraph numbering
• A brief terminology sheet listing key legal terms and how you rendered them
• One round of minor revisions after my in-house counsel reviews the draft
