I am a native Russian speaker and a Russian qualified lawyer and Doctor of Philosophy, intending to qualify as a Solicitor in England and Wales. A self-motivated, hardworking, reliable and ambitious professional with a strong educational background. Able to work under pressure and in a multi-functional role. Litigation:
- Engaged in civil and high-value commercial litigation primarily within the High Court domain, consistently meeting deadlines.

- Tasked with drafting and assembling key litigation documents, such as Claim forms, witness statements, Particulars of Claim, Part 36 offers, Statement of Costs, Draft Orders, and making Interim Applications such as Worldwide Freezing Orders, Injunctions, and time extensions.

- Conducted thorough legal research, analysing diverse materials, and generating detailed research notes.

- Prepared for trials by coordinating exhibits and court bundles and managing document filings via the Ce-Filing platform.

- Took a leadership role in managing an Intellectual Property Matter and a case involving an Irish Aircraft leasing company and a Vietnamese Airline Company at the High Court. Entrusted with direct communication with barristers, compiling disclosure materials, preparing applications to contest jurisdiction, and attending High Court hearings for application considerations.

- Independently led small claims cases (e.g., possession claims, claims against trespassers, relief from forfeiture) from inception to resolution, including representation in all court hearings.
Arbitration:

SIAC – preparing for, engaging, and participating in an arbitration session held in Singapore to assist the legal team representing the Vietnamese Oil and Energy company in a case against a Russian company. The latter was unable to continue work on the project (construction of Thermal Power Plant) due to sanctions.
