Key Responsibilities:
ERP System/Management Reporting System Implementation:
Help identify, evaluate, and select an ERP system that suits the company s operational needs. With a focus on management reporting tool to generate accurate and timely management reports.
Develop and write technical requirements for the ERP system.
Assist in the ERP system s end-to-end implementation, including integration with current financial processes.
Ensure data migration accuracy and process standardization across departments (prepare import files, or manual inputs where required).
Enter daily payment data, including salaries, server purchases, and other expenses, ensuring correct allocation to cost centers going forward after implementation.
Automate financial workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
Ensure each financial transaction is properly recorded and allocated to its respective cost center for precise tracking.
Automate routine financial workflows to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Budgeting and Cost Allocation:
Assist in the development and implementation of annual budgets, ensuring they align with company goals.
Establish cost centers and allocate expenses accordingly to track financial performance at different levels.
Provide financial forecasts and variance analysis to support management decision-making.
Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant experience in similar roles.
Proven experience in ERP system selection and implementation from scratch.
Knowledge of financial automation tools and processes.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation management.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
