Realiste is looking for an Agent Manager to oversee and manage the performance of real estate agents, ensuring they maximize their earning potential while adhering to the company's processes and policies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding agents through successful real estate transactions, managing commissions, and ensuring compliance with the conditions of deals in the UAE.

The Agent Manager will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with agents and ensuring they meet the necessary requirements to receive commissions on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Deal Transactions.
• Assist agents seeking instant payments, ensuring they meet the developer's conditions for receiving immediate commission payouts.
• Provide agents with guidance and support throughout the deal process.
• Track and evaluate agent performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate, preferably within the UAE market.
• Ability to manage high-value deals and oversee multiple agents simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with developer conditions, Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA), and UAE real estate regulations.

Your compensation:

• 5% to 8.5% of your agents' commissions
• The average commission in the market is $25K
