Hi, we are OQTACORE , a Swiss IT company specialized in web2, web3 and mobile development. We love modern stacks and complex challenges.

We are now expanding our team and looking for a Sales Architect who will communicate with customers, gather their product requirements, prepare commercial proposals, design blockchain-based architectural solutions for our customers and hand over to development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interacting with customers to identify their key needs and find the best options to realize them.
• Designing and developing blockchain-based architecture solutions that meet customers' business objectives.
• Participation in architectural consulting projects : analyzing the client's IT landscape, designing principles and mechanisms for digital transformation of the IT landscape, defining the target technology stack of the client's IT landscape.
• Close interaction with colleagues in the commercial department and product teams to achieve the company's commercial objectives.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Bitcoin, EVM, Solana, Tron, Polkadot and other blockchains. Ability to maintain a conversation and understand on the fly what the customer wants to develop on a blockchain that was released 3 hours before your conversation, and the framework is still on the github and 5 people know about it.
• Successful experience in developing blockchain application architecture with proven results and the ability to clearly justify the architectural decisions made.
• Deep knowledge of modern IT technologies.
• Experience in building architectures for highly loaded and highly available applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate complex ideas to clients and team.
• Ability to effectively organize multiple technical teams to develop solutions for the client.
• Knowledge of software design, development and implementation methodologies.
• Fluency in English (C1+).
