Buzz is a rapidly-scaling SaaS company in the Sales Engagement space. We ve grown incredibly quickly to 7000+ clients and 40+ employees in Belgrade - SRB, Saint Petersburg - RU, Toronto - CA offices.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing financial planning and analysis;
• Preparing and managing budgets;
• Developing financial strategies and forecasts;
• Analyzing financial data and reports;
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations;
• Managing cash flow and investment activities;
• Leading a finance team and coordinating with other departments;
• Providing assistance to CEO and CTO via direct and constant communications.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field;
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are preferred;
• Relevant work experience in finance or accounting with international companies (pref. American, Canadian), typically 1-3 years;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel;
• Proficiency in English at the C1 level and above;
• Proficiency in Russian at the C2 level.
