We are in search of a Lead CRM Marketing Manager who will join our proactive Marketing Team (crypto investments) and provide effective communication between business and its existing and potential clients.

The role and mission of the CRM Marketing Manager will include :

• Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategy for the B2C crypto product.
• Utilise data-driven insights to create personalized marketing campaigns aimed at increasing customer retention and engagement.
• Implement and optimize CRM tools and software to streamline customer interactions and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical and product teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to customer relationship management.
• Analyse customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for targeted campaigns.
• Design and manage loyalty programs and incentives to foster long-term customer relationships.
• Regularly analyse, monitor, and report on CRM performance metrics, making data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Managing the CRM team

Your qualification and expertise:

• At least 2 years in CRM Marketing, preferably in Gaming/Fintech/Investment/Crypto products
• Great communication skills
• Team player
• Good command of English and Russian
• 100% remote work
