Job Overview

The Sun Secret Collection is a premier luxury lifestyle and real estate company specializing in offering exclusive high-end properties and bespoke experiences for discerning clientele worldwide. Our portfolio includes some of the most luxurious villas, estates, and resorts in sought-after destinations and now expanding into Russia with our prestigious properties in Altay.

The Business Development Manager will oversee the spearhead sales, marketing, and property rental, primarily focusing on our exclusive boutique hotel resort in Altay as part of the Exclusive Lease Agreement (ELA) project. While the primary focus will be on this Altay property, the role also involves supporting other ELA

properties when needed. This role is designed for a motivated leader who thrives in luxury real estate, targeting U/HNWIs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote and rent luxury properties, focusing on the Altay property and expanding to other ELA properties as needed.
  • Drive revenue growth through partnerships with DMCs, luxury travel agencies, and concierge services for high-net-worth clientele.
  • Ensure strong brand presence and visibility, particularly in the Russian market.
  • Manage marketing activities to support sales objectives.
  • Represent the company at luxury hospitality events and exhibitions.
  • Analyze reports to identify trends and optimize performance.

Assist senior management with additional responsibilities as needed.

Experience

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality, with at least 3 years in a leadership role such as Business Development Manager, Commercial Director, Director of Sales, or Head of Sales and Marketing for a high-end property and/or Luxury Hotels.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining key relationships within the luxury travel and hospitality markets.

  • A strong track record in sales management, strategic planning, and driving business growth in the luxury hospitality sector.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor s degree in Hotel Management, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions based on business intelligence.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word), experience with property management software, and a solid understanding of CRM systems.

  • Particular proficiency in Russian and English languages.
