ZMATIC - We are an exclusive affiliate network with a strong focus on the casino and FX/crypto verticals. Our in-house media buying team is an integral part of our operations. The company, based in the EU, with offices in Sofia and Tallinn, employs over 35 people and is in a phase of rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities for this Role:

- The specialist will be primarily responsible for the end-to-end management of campaigns, including setup, tracking, and optimization.

- Additionally, this role includes mentoring and coordinating a team of media buyers with varying levels of experience, providing guidance and support as needed.

Hard Skills Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical aptitude, including the ability to independently manage campaigns on both Facebook and Keitaro.

- Proficiency in technical tasks such as locating and setting up Facebook pixels and creating and optimizing PWA apps is essential.

- The candidate should be capable of handling most technical challenges autonomously.

Working Conditions:

- Standard expectation of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

- The team will provide mentorship and guidance to new employees during the initial stages, ensuring a smooth transition.
